Armada International Corporation is seeking a dedicated Estimation Engineer / Pricing Engineer (Construction) to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to our project planning and execution, focusing on accurate cost assessment and competitive bidding within the construction sector.

The Role of Estimation and Pricing Engineer

The Estimation Engineer / Pricing Engineer plays a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, responsible for developing precise cost estimates and preparing comprehensive tender submissions. This position requires a meticulous approach to financial analysis and a strong understanding of construction project components to ensure competitive and profitable proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements thoroughly.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and conduct detailed quantity takeoffs for various project elements.
• Develop and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure comprehensive project costing.
• Calculate and verify material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Obtain and critically evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Formulate competitive pricing proposals and prepare complete tender submissions.
• Perform cost analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, and project teams throughout the estimation process.
• Maintain and update cost databases and records of market prices to inform future estimates.

Required Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in estimation or pricing within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record in cost management and tender preparation.
