Rafad is seeking an Event Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in event planning and coordination. The role focuses on supporting the successful execution of various events and activities.

Role Overview

The Event Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of events. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders and vendors to ensure all logistical aspects are managed efficiently, from venue preparation to post-event reporting. The specialist will provide on-site support and address operational challenges as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, organization, and execution of events and activities.
Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure event readiness.
Manage event logistics, including venues, equipment, and required materials.
Prepare operational schedules and follow up on tasks according to approved plans.
Provide on-site event support and resolve operational challenges.
Follow up on quotations, purchase requests, and vendor coordination.
Ensure event venues are fully prepared and meet quality standards.
Prepare post-event reports and document outcomes and feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements

0-1 years of experience or knowledge in event planning and coordination.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within a team.
