About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Executive Lounge in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring a high standard of hospitality and delivering memorable experiences for guests, particularly executive and VIP guests.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily execution of Executive Lounge service standards to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Uphold brand and quality standards to meet the expectations of executive and VIP guests.
Respond to guest enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure guest supplies are consistently stocked and lounge areas meet cleanliness and service standards.
Lead and develop the team, ensuring members are knowledgeable about hotel services, VIP preferences, and local attractions, and consistently provide professional hospitality.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role requires individuals who demonstrate the following core values:
