The Role of Experience Lead

As an Experience Lead at Wipro, you will be responsible for guiding the assessment and design of visitor and user experiences. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a professional with a strong background in experience design and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead current-state and future-state experience assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct journey mapping to understand and optimize user and visitor interactions.
• Develop a clear vision for visitor experiences that aligns with strategic goals.
• Create service design blueprints to outline the delivery of enhanced experiences.
• Perform benchmarking against industry best practices to ensure competitive and effective designs.
• Establish and maintain design governance frameworks to ensure all experiences align with Ilmi strategic objectives.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Experience Lead position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in experience design, service design, or a related field. This experience should include leading projects focused on strategic experience assessment and implementation.
