About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Support Expert to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for ensuring smooth dining operations and creating a memorable experience for our guests. The F&B Support Expert takes initiative to provide comprehensive assistance across various aspects of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

Set up tables and dining areas according to established standards.
Assist kitchen staff as needed to support food preparation and service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Restock supplies to ensure continuous service.
Provide general support to facilitate efficient dining operations.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

All team members are expected to maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies and procedures, and uphold quality standards. Professional appearance, uniform, and communication are required. This role involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving on various surfaces. Tasks include reading and visually checking information, as well as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance, and up to 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping are also part of the role.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 0-1 years of related work experience. Prior experience in a catering environment is recommended.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
License/Certification: None required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic hotel environment, focused on delivering high-quality food and beverage services to guests.
