About the F&B Service Expert Role

Marriott International is seeking a full-time F&B Service Expert to join The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts in Riyadh and Ad Dir'iyah. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on creating memorable and unique guest experiences through food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert is integral to ensuring guests enjoy their meals by providing proactive and comprehensive service.

Role Purpose and Expectations

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver a wide range of services that enhance the guest dining experience. Success in this role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance and communication style. The F&B Service Expert is also responsible for contributing to a safe workplace environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Proactively deliver a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction during meals.
• Set and prepare tables for dining service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interact with and serve guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Process transactions seamlessly as part of the overall guest experience.

Physical Requirements

Candidates for the F&B Service Expert position must be able to perform the following physical tasks:

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Move across sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Read and visually verify information, such as menus.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
