Role Overview

As an F&B Attendant, you will be a key member of the food and beverage team, directly interacting with guests to ensure a positive dining experience. Your role involves providing attentive service, maintaining the presentation of dining areas, and supporting the overall operations of the food and beverage department. This position is central to upholding the hotel's service standards and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring orders are correct and delivered promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Assist in setting up dining rooms or banquet halls for events.
• Handle guest inquiries and address complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to guests.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Process cash handling and guest payments accurately.
• Operate and maintain point-of-sale systems.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Participate in training programs and continuous learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen staff, housekeeping, and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required Skills
