About the F&B Service Expert Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a dedicated F&B Service Expert (Saudi National) to join its full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Overview and Contribution

As an F&B Service Expert, you will play a proactive role in delivering a comprehensive range of services to guests. Your primary objective is to ensure guests thoroughly enjoy their meals, making every transaction feel like an integral part of a unique and distinguished experience within the hotel's dining venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Interact with and serve guests graciously and thoughtfully, anticipating their needs.
• Clean work areas and supplies consistently to maintain hygiene standards.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures without exception.
• Uphold the highest quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

The role involves various physical demands necessary for effective service delivery:

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capacity to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces safely.
• Capability to read and visually verify information, such as menus and guest orders.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Requirement to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or *** equivalent is required.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience in a service-oriented role.
• No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• No specific license or certification is required.
