F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.

Operational Duties and Workplace Standards

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for ensuring that all transactions contribute positively to the guest experience. This role requires adherence to critical operational standards, including:

• Creating and maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Following all company policies and procedures.
• Upholding established quality standards for service and presentation.
• Ensuring professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity and the ability to perform various tasks, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving over varied surfaces. Responsibilities also involve reading and visually verifying information, as well as handling objects. Candidates must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. The role also requires reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this position.
• License or Certification: None specified.
