Fashion Consultant The Deal

About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant for The Deal in Riyadh. This full-time role involves achieving sales targets and delivering a consistent guest experience. The consultant will also support in-store customer and people initiatives, including CRM and CX.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behavior, top-selling items, and slow-moving products for business reviews.
• Develop client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
• Provide feedback on products prior to purchasing decisions.
• Contribute to eNPS scores through people experience initiatives and culture.
• Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage click and collect services within established Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Accurately capture customer data in accordance with marketing team requirements.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay informed about app offerings.
• Support in-store marketing events and activations.
• Stay updated on brand social media activities and campaigns.
• Drive sell-throughs within the store.
• Support in-store Customer Experience (CX) initiatives.
• Provide input on store performance, identifying successful and less successful aspects.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
