About the Role

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a Full-time F&B Service Expert to join its team in Riyadh. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in food and beverage service, focusing on delivering high-quality guest interactions.

Role Purpose

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for creating a distinctive and memorable experience for guests, extending beyond the standard provision of food and beverages. This position requires initiative and a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring that every guest interaction contributes positively to their overall dining experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and set tables according to service standards.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with kitchen staff.
• Interact with and serve guests, ensuring their transactions are integrated into a positive overall experience.
• Clean and maintain work areas and service supplies.
• Manage menu information, including reading and visually verifying details.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Execute all assigned tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and support business operations.

Operational Standards and Physical Demands

This role operates within established company policies and procedures, with a focus on maintaining high quality standards. The position requires various physical capabilities, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving on sloped, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance, and up to 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Candidate Profile
