Accenture Saudi Arabia is seeking a Finance - Enterprise Performance Management Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is within Accenture Strategy & Consulting, specifically focusing on CFO and Enterprise Value. Core Responsibilities

• Support clients in achieving strategic and operational goals through efficient working methods, process enhancements, and operating model refinement.
• Address complex client business challenges using rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis (business case) and make decisions with minimal management oversight.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops, demonstrating agile design, co-developing, and securing design decisions and innovative solutions.
• Cultivate strong client relationships during engagements to ensure business requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Contribute to business development activities, including identifying opportunities, developing, and presenting proposals.
• Support the development of CFO&EV practice capabilities, such as creating offerings, assets, and thought leadership, and engaging with wider Accenture teams.
• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams by setting an example, mentoring members, and contributing to performance management.
• Continuously learn new skills to contribute to the growth of CFO&EV and the broader Accenture organization.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• 6+ years of experience in consulting.
• Deep knowledge of business processes in Finance & Accounting (F&A) and their enablement by ERP systems.
• Expertise in financial consolidation, financial planning, and budgeting is beneficial.
• Deep functional knowledge of key features of major ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and hands-on functional experience.
• Solid experience in delivering transformation initiatives within F&A areas, including value case shaping, finance value tree knowledge, value driver identification, business case preparation, roadmap development, and process reengineering for future finance organizations.
• Proven experience interacting with senior management levels, involving negotiation or influence on significant matters.
• Experience managing small to medium-sized teams of diverse backgrounds and skill sets.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Good expertise in process digitization (RPA, ML, process mining) with practical experience using cutting-edge tools.
• Understanding of finance and operating model trends, advancements in technology, and innovations across digital, ERP, automation, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem.
• Ability and willingness to interact across Service Groups (*, Technology for system implementation).
• Experience in design thinking and agile project delivery methods.
• High credibility with the ability to engage broadly with all levels of management.
• Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to quickly absorb information, and creative problem-solving excellence.
• Strong collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Driven, adaptable, with a proven ability to remove obstacles and achieve results.
• Experience supporting sales pipeline management and contributing to bid/proposal processes, including identifying opportunities and presenting proposals with related financials.
• Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements.
