About the Opportunity

Strategic Financial Leadership

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and running the financial infrastructure, robust controls, and commercial performance frameworks. This is essential for supporting a rapidly growing, multi-asset operating environment and ensuring financial stability and growth across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting standards across multiple operating entities.
• Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning cycles for the operating assets portfolio.
• Provide financial oversight on new asset openings, ramp-up phases, and stabilization of operations.
• Drive standardization of financial processes and systems across a growing and diversifying asset base.

Team Leadership and Business Partnership

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team supporting the operating assets function.
• Act as a key finance business partner to executive leadership, providing insights on revenue optimization, cost management, and capital efficiency.
• Support investment committee papers, board reporting, and stakeholder presentations related to operating asset performance.
