First Access Consulting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position crucial for overseeing the financial health and strategic direction of the company. The role involves leading financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing essential insights to executive management.

Purpose of the Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with corporate objectives. This position plays a central role in managing financial planning, reporting, and control functions, contributing directly to the company's stability and growth. The successful candidate will ensure robust financial governance and operational efficiency across all financial activities.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, ZATCA, and internal policies.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial governance.
• Support investment evaluations, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage the finance team and enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive management.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Previous experience in holding companies or investment organizations is preferred.
