This full-time role requires a proactive, experienced, strategic, and hands-on professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience. The primary objective is to establish, organize, and lead the company's Accounting and Finance Department, building a robust function that supports overall business objectives.

The Finance Manager will be instrumental in ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across the organization. This position involves close collaboration with senior management and all business departments to provide accurate financial information, improve profitability, support strategic decision-making, and drive sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Accounting & Finance Department, including defining its structure, reporting lines, and fostering team development.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate finance personnel, cultivating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the department.
• Develop and implement finance policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal controls, ensuring effective collaboration across all business functions.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including the General Ledger, month-end and year-end closing processes, and comprehensive financial reporting.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and company policies.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial records, while continuously monitoring financial performance and recommending corrective actions as needed.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates for this position must possess 5-10 years of experience in a finance or accounting leadership role.
