About the Role

Lendo is seeking a Finance Operations Officer to join its expanding Finance team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to supporting the day-to-day financial operations that ensure the business runs smoothly, encompassing transaction processing, invoicing, and comprehensive record management.

Role Purpose

The Finance Operations Officer will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of core financial tasks. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience within a fast-growing fintech environment, building a strong foundation in finance operations by directly contributing to the financial health and operational efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Process financing withdrawals on internal platforms and support loan disbursement activities.
• Execute daily finance operational tasks, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately.
• Generate and issue invoices for investors, borrowers, management fees, and success fees.
• Maintain precise customer balances and manage follow-up on outstanding invoices when necessary.
• Perform daily financial reconciliations and thoroughly investigate any discrepancies identified.
• Support month-end reconciliation processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain comprehensive finance documentation and provide support for audit requests.
• Assist the wider Finance team with various operational tasks as required.

Systems and Data Management

• Process invoices efficiently within the ERP system.
• Upload invoices to the Fatoorah portal for compliance and record-keeping.
• Utilize Tableau for monitoring operational activity and financial performance.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date system records across all finance platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in finance operations or a related financial role.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic and collaborative finance team environment at Lendo.
