Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Fitness Instructor/Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. Contribution to Guest Experience

As a Fitness Instructor/Coordinator, you will play a direct role in enhancing the guest stay by providing engaging and supportive fitness experiences. This position focuses on delivering memorable interactions that reflect the warmth and quality of Hilton's hospitality, ensuring guests feel valued and supported in their fitness pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead individual and group fitness classes that are motivating, effective, and adapted to various fitness levels and goals.
• Monitor guests during workouts to ensure safe exercise practices, providing form correction, assistance, and answering questions as needed.
• Stay informed on current exercise science, fitness trends, and instructional techniques to continuously improve the guest experience.
• Support daily club operations, including conducting opening and closing procedures and assisting with general tasks to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of studios, locker rooms, equipment, and common areas in adherence to health and safety standards.
• Assist in monitoring the usage of facility amenities and equipment to ensure safety.
