The Role: Fitness Supervisor

Azure Collective is seeking a Fitness Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a fitness center within one of its residential compounds in Riyadh. This full-time role involves ensuring a safe, clean, and motivating environment for residents, supervising fitness staff, and promoting health and wellness programs. The Fitness Supervisor is responsible for maintaining equipment and delivering customer service while upholding company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the fitness center.
• Lead, schedule, and support fitness instructors and gym attendants.
• Ensure all fitness equipment is operational, clean, and regularly inspected.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
• Monitor the cleanliness and safety of the fitness facility.
• Develop and promote fitness classes, wellness activities, and health initiatives.
• Assist residents by providing guidance on fitness equipment and facility usage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Handle resident inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor attendance, facility usage, and prepare operational reports.
• Maintain inventory of fitness supplies and recommend new equipment when required.
• Work closely with the Community and Recreation teams to organize wellness events.
• Ensure all staff adhere to Azure's service standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in fitness center operations or a related field.
• International fitness certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent) is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, residential communities, or health clubs is an advantage.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a premium residential compound setting. The role involves collaboration with community and recreation teams to enhance resident wellness experiences.
