About the Role

Unison Group is seeking an experienced Flexcube Techno-Functional Consultant to join a significant banking transformation project. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with extensive hands-on experience across both the technical and functional aspects of the FLEXCUBE platform.

Role Context and Objectives

The consultant will work closely with the end client, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. The primary objective is to provide comprehensive support for FLEXCUBE implementation, including system enhancement, integration, troubleshooting, and all production-related activities within the banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide techno-functional expertise on FLEXCUBE Core Banking.
Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate FLEXCUBE solutions.
Perform FLEXCUBE configuration, customization, enhancements, and technical troubleshooting.
Analyze functional requirements and prepare detailed technical and functional specifications.
Support the integration of FLEXCUBE with internal and external banking applications.
Coordinate effectively with functional, technical, testing, and business teams throughout the project.
Investigate and resolve production issues, defects, and system-related challenges.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production activities.
Conduct impact analysis for enhancements and change requests.
Participate in discussions with the end client's stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
Ensure all proposed solutions align with banking processes, technical standards, and overall project requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members when required.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates must possess over 10 years of professional experience in a similar techno-functional role, with a specific focus on FLEXCUBE. A strong background demonstrating hands-on expertise with FLEXCUBE is essential, covering both its technical and functional dimensions within a banking context.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic project team dedicated to a significant banking transformation initiative, requiring close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
