The Role: Temenos Functional Consultant

We are seeking a Temenos Functional Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position serves as a key interface between our clients and Temenos banking solutions. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business needs, configuring Temenos applications, and providing expert guidance to clients to ensure optimal utilization of their software investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
• Configure and customize Temenos applications, with a focus on modules such as Core Banking, Digital Banking, and Wealth Management, to align with client requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and documentation to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Provide training and support for end users, ensuring proficiency in utilizing the Temenos system effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest Temenos updates, modules, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to maintain system integrity and design database workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with Temenos software solutions.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong knowledge of Temenos modules, functionalities, and related banking services.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, process mapping, and system configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Temenos certification or training is preferred.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
