Food Runner

About the Role

Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) is seeking a Food Runner to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience within the Foodhall, focusing on guest assistance, seating, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The Food Runner plays a key role in upholding high service standards by supporting guests throughout their visit and coordinating with team members for efficient operations during both peak and non-peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests entering the dining hall with a professional attitude.
• Assist guests in locating appropriate seating based on group size and preferences.
• Provide guidance on the dining hall concept and explain the ordering process, including the QR code system for ordering and payment.
• Guide guests on available cuisine offerings and assist with wayfinding.
• Ensure all tables are clean, organized, and properly prepared before seating guests.
• Promptly clear, wipe, and reset tables once guests finish their meals.
• Replace tableware, condiments, and other table items as required.
• Maintain cleanliness across the dining area to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests throughout their visit.
• Check in with guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and assist with any additional needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience is required for this role.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, food halls, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in customer service roles is considered an advantage.

Required Skills

• Good organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and table setup.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and proactive in assisting guests and supporting colleagues.
• Ability to carry and lift moderate weight related to table setup and clearing.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
