Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is expanding its Operations team and is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and involves overseeing shift management within one of Amazon's first-mile fulfillment centers, middle-mile sortation centers, or final-mile delivery stations. The Operations Specialists are integral to maintaining the flow of operations and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders.

Role Overview

The Fulfillment Center Supervisor drives daily operational processes on the ground, playing a key part in the customer order fulfillment chain. This position offers a varied and challenging environment where each day presents different operational scenarios and demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate a safe working environment by identifying and addressing safety opportunities within the work area.
• Manage and train Associates to ensure high-quality service for customers.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift-related information continuously to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts.
• Engage with support functions and other departments to resolve common issues or needs in key performance areas, such as process area readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Contribute to solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Amazon's operational facilities.
