About the Role

Yalla Group is seeking a Gaming & Social App Experience Guide to join its UX Center in Riyadh. This full-time, in-person role focuses on user interaction and product demonstrations within a dedicated space for immersive gaming and social networking experiences. The primary objective is to facilitate a seamless and engaging introduction to Yalla’s applications, reflecting the company's product values and user-first approach.

Role Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression of the Yalla brand.
• Guide users through Yalla’s social networking and gaming applications, including Yalla, Yalla Ludo, Yalla Baloot & Hand, and other related platforms, in an interactive, hands-on manner.
• Assist users in understanding game rules, application features, and onboarding procedures.
• Support users with application download, registration, and initial usage on their personal smartphones.
• Encourage user engagement and sustained participation through positive product experiences.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere within the UX Center.
• Collect user feedback and share insights with internal teams to contribute to product and service improvements.
• Support on-site activities, events, and campaigns as required.
• Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines, service standards, and user experience principles.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated energy, friendliness, and tech-savviness.
