About the Role

Philips is seeking a General Service Support - Graduate to join the Health Systems Services Delivery team in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on delivering high-quality service support to customers and patients. The position emphasizes continuous improvement in service quality and adherence to company policies and targets.

Role Context and Team

As a Services Support Graduate, you will be an integral part of a team that values diversity, ownership, and innovative thinking to enhance service delivery. The team collaborates closely with other functions to provide comprehensive support. Your role involves representing Philips professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction through appropriate appearance and behavior, and contributing to maintaining 'best in class' service quality daily.

Responsibilities

• Install Philips Healthcare (PH) equipment in accordance with established quality and installation time standards.
• Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications within scheduled times and to PH quality standards.
• Execute corrective maintenance, utilizing tier-2 support helpdesk when necessary.
• Submit accurate and timely service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field problem reports, and other assigned paperwork.
• Identify customer needs and potential commercial leads (Philips Lifecycle Solutions – PLS) through customer visits, providing feedback and recommendations to management and relevant internal stakeholders.
