About the Role

DSM Grup is seeking a Seller Operations Graduate to join the Trendyol team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for recent graduates with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to support daily seller operations and contribute to an efficient e-commerce marketplace experience.

Role Context

At Trendyol Operations, the focus is on optimizing systems, enhancing efficiency, and leveraging technology to deliver seamless e-commerce experiences. This involves utilizing solutions from robotics to automation to meet the needs of millions. The team works cross-functionally across the business, aiming to achieve goals through data-driven approaches, speed, and teamwork. This role supports sellers directly, helps improve their performance, and contributes to the overall marketplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sellers in managing their daily marketplace operations and meeting customer expectations.
• Communicate regularly with sellers, providing guidance and resolving operational issues.
• Monitor seller performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist sellers in understanding marketplace processes, new projects, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Category Management, Customer Experience, and logistics partners, to resolve seller-related issues.
• Support initiatives focused on improving ticket resolution, same-day shipment, and delivery performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
