About the Seller Operations Graduate Role

Trendyol is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Seller Operations Graduate to join its growing team in Riyadh. This internship position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The successful candidate will support sellers in their daily operations, contribute to improving their performance, and help deliver an excellent marketplace experience. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and sellers to resolve operational challenges, enhance processes, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support sellers in managing their daily marketplace operations and meeting customer expectations.
Communicate regularly with sellers, providing guidance and resolving operational issues.
Monitor seller performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist sellers in understanding marketplace processes, new projects, and operational requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Category Management, Customer Experience, and logistics partners, to resolve seller-related issues.
Support initiatives focused on improving ticket resolution, same-day shipment, and delivery performance.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
