About the Role

DSM Grup is seeking Global Mobility, Payroll & Shared Services Professionals to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and is exclusively for Saudi Nationals.

Role Overview

This role involves managing the employee lifecycle and cross-border mobility, with a focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The professional will ensure compliance with labor laws and Saudization requirements by overseeing government platforms. Utilizing SuccessFactors, the position will serve as a regional point of contact for data accuracy, payroll support, and process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contract administration, transfers, and offboarding.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Absher Business.
• Support Saudization compliance, localization efforts, and government employment programs.
• Administer visa, residency, work permit, immigration, and mobility processes across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Coordinate with government authorities, PROs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely HR process completion.
• Provide support for UAE employment operations, including contract management, visa processing, and regulatory adherence.
• Act as a primary HR operations contact, maintain employee data integrity, support audits, and drive HR process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, HR generalist functions, shared services, or mobility, preferably within the Gulf Region.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws, immigration regulations, and payroll requirements.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors, payroll software, and Google Sheets.
