Graduate Engineer

About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 2-5 years of experience who are ready to contribute to significant projects. The role involves providing technical guidance and support, coordinating various project teams, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk assessments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project management, site management, project controls, engineering, procurement, and construction management for coordination and staffing.
• Track engineering and construction progress against budgets and forecast schedules, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage engineering budgets, project schedules, and project-control baselines.
• Deliver accurate and timely project reporting and maintain documentation such as progress reports, technical specifications, RFIs, variations, and change orders.
• Coordinate project status, trends, risks, and approved changes with regional and site management.
• Support construction and contractor management teams, resolve technical or coordination issues, and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health procedures.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in engineering or project management roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of project lifecycle management and the ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines.
