About WePay and the Role

WePay | Trustworthy Partner is a Fintech company developing an escrow platform in Saudi Arabia to facilitate secure digital transactions. We are seeking a Graphic Design (COOP) Intern to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, unpaid university-required placement designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The Graphic Design COOP Intern will contribute to building and evolving WePay’s visual identity. This role represents the first member of our in-house creative function, offering the opportunity to work on real projects with direct ownership and to demonstrate creative potential within a growing market.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CMO and Marketing Advisor to develop and refine creative concepts.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, content, and brand initiatives.
Lead the design of graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for campaigns and brand communications across all channels.
Create visual content for social media, paid advertisements, CRM communications, and other relevant channels.
Design professional pitch decks, executive-level corporate presentations, and internal materials.
Transform technical information, business data, and statistics into clear infographics.
Lead the creative direction, planning, and execution of video, GIF, and multimedia content production.
Coordinate with external agencies and branding partners when required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this Graphic Design (COOP) Intern position should have 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role is intended for university students requiring a placement as part of their academic program.

Learning and Contribution Opportunity

This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of one of Saudi Arabia’s first escrow platforms. Interns will have the chance to bring forward ideas, take ownership of their work, and contribute to decisions from the outset. The role provides hands-on experience, fostering growth through problem-solving and exposure to a 360° view of marketing and brand building.
