About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Graphic Designer (Saudi National) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves creating visual communications to support project objectives and reporting requirements within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret reporting and communication needs to develop creative concepts that align with project goals.
• Apply design strategies to translate technical and project information into clear and visually compelling deliverables.
• Develop layouts, graphics, typography, and visual elements for effective communication of complex information.
• Produce graphic design, desktop publishing, and visual communication materials, including reports, presentations, brochures, infographics, and dashboards.
• Create still and animated graphics for project controls reporting, communications, and stakeholder presentations.
• Prepare files for production and coordinate printing, file transfers, plotting, and other publication requirements.
• Utilize industry-standard design software to create original graphics and visual content.
• Support the development, proofreading, editing, and formatting of technical reports and presentations.
• Provide graphic design support to multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
• Assist in the management and enhancement of online reporting dashboards and digital reporting tools.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for graphic production and printing.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for printing, photography, and creative services.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to project branding, quality, accuracy, and presentation standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Graphic Design, Architecture, Art, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a graphic design, visual communications, or creative design role.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing, technically accurate, and easy-to-read documents and presentations.
• Extensive experience in report design, formatting, and production.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies in text, layout, colors, and formatting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with additional design and multimedia tools such as CorelDRAW, Dreamweaver, 3D animation software, video editing tools, and other digital content creation platforms.
• Experience developing materials for construction, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, or property development projects.
• Strong written, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Desired Skills

• Experience supporting project controls, executive reporting, and dashboard development.
• Experience creating visual communications for major infrastructure, transportation, or engineering programs.
• Knowledge of branding, digital communications, motion graphics, and multimedia design.
• Experience managing external creative vendors and production workflows.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.
