About the Graphic Designer Role

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Marketing Team in the Riyadh office. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Applicants must submit a portfolio with their application to be considered.

Role Purpose and Reporting

The Graphic Designer will provide creative services support primarily for the firm's Middle East and Asia offices, while also assisting with global requests. This role is based in the Riyadh office, operating five days a week (Sunday – Thursday), and reports directly to the Senior Creative Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of regional design requests, including advertisements, print and digital collateral, social media content, infographics, e-mail marketing materials, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Manage a high volume of active projects, prioritizing workload effectively to meet various deadlines.
• Coordinate and communicate with Creative Services professionals based in the * and Europe to ensure consistent adherence to brand standards across all regions.
• Collaborate with marketing and other business professionals across different functions and teams within the firm.
• Undertake other projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in graphic design.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail in all design work.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Submission of a comprehensive portfolio is mandatory for consideration.
