About the Government Relations Officer Role

Aseel Holding is seeking a Government Relations Officer (GRO) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with 0-1 years of experience in managing government interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Aseel Holding before government bodies, ministries, and official entities.
• Manage and follow up on all company and employee government-related transactions.
• Oversee and maintain government files, including strong files, active files, renewals, extensions, social insurance, employment, company, commercial, and general government services files.
• Ensure timely renewal of entitlements, employment contracts, leases, and other government documents.
• Prepare official letters and correspondence for government agencies.
• Support the execution of government projects, service transfers, employment contracts, and other service completions.
• Update employee data within the government system, ensuring its alignment with official government records.
• Generate daily reports detailing government transactions and completed contracts.
• Ensure adherence to all government systems and regulations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience level: 0-1 years.
• Familiarity with government procedures and documentation in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in preparing official correspondence.
