About the Guest Experience Agent Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver friendly, efficient, and personalized service.
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and handle enquiries and requests.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel policies and procedures.
