Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests throughout their stay, moving beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert takes initiative to provide a wide range of services, ensuring that all interactions, from operational needs to local area highlights, contribute positively to the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guiding guests through their entire stay by delivering a range of services.
• Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests promptly.
• Completing necessary reports and sharing information about the local area.
• Ensuring all transactions feel integrated into the overall guest experience.
• Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Upholding confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Maintaining quality standards and a professional appearance and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Guest Experience Experts will also engage in hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to take initiative and deliver a wide range of services.
• Demonstrated ability to follow company policies and maintain professional standards.
