The Role: Handover Specialist

Red Sea Global is seeking a Handover Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring a seamless and professional client handover experience. The specialist will support the coordination of the client handover process, focusing on documentation readiness, cross-functional collaboration, and the on-ground execution of handover activities in accordance with RSG’s established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of handover plans by tracking deliverables, engaging with internal stakeholders, and updating all relevant documentation and logs.
• Prepare and compile comprehensive handover packs, checklists, manuals, and compliance documents, ensuring their completeness before client delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Experience teams to gather all necessary inputs for the handover package.
• Assist in scheduling client handover appointments, property walkthroughs, and orientation sessions, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
• Attend and provide support during client handover meetings, accurately capturing any issues raised and facilitating their timely resolution in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Maintain the digital and physical filing systems for all handover-related documentation, adhering to audit and quality control procedures.
• Track and report on the progress of handover readiness, the closure of defects, and the completion of all required documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Handover Manager and the wider team, contributing to overall service efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Ensure that the client experience throughout the handover phase consistently reflects RSG's brand values and professionalism.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of handover processes by providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for optimization.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven ability to manage documentation, coordinate processes, and interact with various stakeholders effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Handover Specialist will work within a dynamic environment, collaborating across multiple departments to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences.
