About the Role

Futu Holdings is seeking a Head of HR to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to the establishment of a new office, focusing on driving HR initiatives and supporting the development of the organizational culture. The role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations specific to Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor laws.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support for workplace matters.
• Work closely with Headquarters (HQ) HR Business Partners (HRBP) and leadership to establish company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workforce planning for the new office setup.
• Support local leadership on talent mapping and company expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HQ HR team to align local HR practices with global company policies and strategic direction.
• Liaise with relevant Saudi government authorities to ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), Ministry of Interior (via Absher & Muqeem platforms), Qiwa Platform, and Mudad Platform.
• Partner with leadership to identify and implement talent management and development strategies.
• Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources. A strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia is essential. Demonstrated experience in setting up HR practices for a new entity from inception (0→1 experience) is required. Experience working with regional or overseas headquarters is considered a plus.

HR Generalist Functions

This role encompasses the full scope of the HR Generalist function. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, handling employee relations, overseeing performance management processes, and contributing to talent development initiatives. The Head of HR will also be instrumental in promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace, while ensuring strict compliance with local labor laws.

Compensation

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive basic salary complemented by an annual-based bonus.
