Head of Learning Evaluation & Assessment at Noon - Education for Everyone

Noon - Education for Everyone is seeking a Head of Learning Evaluation & Assessment to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the company's mission of transforming education and improving student learning outcomes for students across the region.

Role Purpose and Context

The Head of Learning Evaluation & Assessment will lead the definition, tracking, and validation of learning outcomes across the platform. This involves designing and governing rigorous, adaptive, and AI-integrated assessment frameworks that move beyond traditional testing methods toward intelligent, evidence-based evaluation. As the first building block in this function, the role spans research design, evaluation, and public-facing communication, requiring a deep dive into understanding student experiences to elevate them.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the assessment strategy across all product lines.
• Partner with AI and product teams to develop adaptive, data-driven evaluation systems.
• Define learning outcome metrics and ensure they translate into actionable platform insights.
• Stay at the forefront of psychometrics, competency-based assessment, and AI-powered feedback mechanisms.
• Elicit feedback from students to continuously improve the learning process, challenges, and successes, using these insights to drive continuous improvement of the learning ecosystem.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Deep expertise in learning assessment, psychometrics, or educational measurement.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving AI product environment.
• A bias toward evidence over assumption.
