We are seeking a Head of Learning Evaluation & Assessment to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to defining and validating learning outcomes across our platform, contributing to our mission to provide world-class education.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Head of Learning Evaluation & Assessment will define, track, and validate learning outcomes across Noon Academy's platform. This position involves designing and governing assessment frameworks that are rigorous, adaptive, and deeply integrated with AI, moving beyond traditional testing towards intelligent, evidence-based evaluation. The role is hands-on, serving as the initial foundation for this function within a small team, encompassing research design, evaluation, and public-facing communication. A key aspect includes uncovering insights from students to enhance their school experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the assessment strategy across all product lines.
• Partner with AI and product teams to develop adaptive, data-driven evaluation systems.
• Define learning outcome metrics and ensure they translate into actionable platform insights.
• Stay informed on developments in psychometrics, competency-based assessment, and AI-powered feedback mechanisms.
• Elicit feedback from students to continuously improve the learning process and ecosystem.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in learning assessment, psychometrics, or educational measurement.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving AI product environment.
• An approach that prioritizes evidence-based decision-making over assumptions.
