About Axios International

Axios International is seeking a Health Educator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves assisting in the supervision of teams and managing access programs within the region. The position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the expansion of global access strategies to maximize patient medical benefits. The Health Educator will represent Axios in daily interactions with patients and doctors, performing both field and office-based administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the team and managing access programs by coordinating with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and patients.
• Collaborate with Axios staff to evaluate patient eligibility for projects and verify classifications, ensuring prompt enrollment of eligible patients.
• Conduct home visits for patient classification and field visits to support patient assessments when necessary.
• Prepare timely monthly monitoring reports on patient numbers and logistics, as well as quality assurance reports for internal and external use.
• Monitor and track patient files in real-time in collaboration with Axios staff as patients progress through programs.
• Maintain and update electronic program files, including patient and quality assurance data, and support the daily monitoring of the Axios Patient Management System (PMS).
• Ensure compliance with Axios Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPPs) regarding documentation practices.
• Attend and complete Pharmacovigilance, Pharma, and Product Training provided by the Client, ensuring a clear understanding of safety data collection and reporting.
• Report any adverse events or product complaints according to client requirements and/or Axios SOPPs.
• Conduct all program activities exclusively through Axios’ Patient Management System (PMS).
• Perform administrative duties for the office.
• Ensure a strong understanding and implementation of international standards and applicable policies related to Axios offerings and services.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the Axios code of conduct.
• Support and monitor the governance for all Axios operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to effectively assist in team supervision and program management.
• Strong organizational skills for preparing reports and maintaining records.
• Proficiency in using patient management systems.
• Commitment to compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and involves both field and office work. The Health Educator will work closely with Axios staff and external partners, including hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and patients.
