Key Responsibilities

• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, and guest well-being and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, adhering to clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Follow all company safety and security policies, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Ensure personal appearance and uniform are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues, including answering telephones with appropriate etiquette.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and address employee concerns appropriately.
• Adhere to quality expectations and service standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience
