• استقبال الضيوف والترحيب بهم بطريقة احترافية.
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• تنظيم الحجوزات وتنسيق توزيع الطاولات.
Manage reservations and coordinate table seating.

• مرافقة الضيوف إلى الطاولات وتقديم قوائم الطعام.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

• الرد على استفسارات الضيوف وتقديم المعلومات اللازمة.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide necessary information.

• التنسيق مع فريق الخدمة والمطبخ لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

• المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب منطقة الاستقبال.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

• التعامل مع ملاحظات الضيوف باحترافية وإبلاغ المشرف عند الحاجة.
Handle guest feedback professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.

المتطلبات | Requirements

• خبرة سابقة في المطاعم أو قطاع الضيافة.
Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality is required.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
Good command of English, spoken and written.

• مظهر مهني ولباقة في التعامل.
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.

• مهارات تواصل جيدة.
Good communication skills.

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي بيئة سريعة.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
