About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel, Riyadh is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to join their team. This full-time position plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of the housekeeping department by ensuring seamless coordination and communication.

Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of contact for the housekeeping team. Your primary responsibilities will involve facilitating communication between housekeeping and other hotel departments, managing service requests, and maintaining essential records to support the delivery of efficient and high-quality guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate effectively between the housekeeping team and other hotel departments.
• Manage and respond to housekeeping service requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain records, including room status updates, maintenance requests, and guest preferences.
• Assign tasks to housekeeping staff based on guest and operational priorities.
• Interact with guests over the phone in a polite and courteous manner, adhering to company policy.
• Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and request replenishments as needed.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on room readiness to the front desk team.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the housekeeping desk area.
• Demonstrate flexibility to support the department as required by operational needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar administrative role is preferred.
• A minimum of 0-1 year of relevant experience is required.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office.
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure.
