About the Role

Tabsco, a company specializing in Human Resources services, is seeking an HR Accounts Manager to join their team in Riyadh, specifically in the Al Zahra District. This full-time role involves managing client accounts and overseeing HR operations, with a strong focus on compliance with Saudi government platforms and regulations.

Role Overview

The HR Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing client requirements, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and procedures. The position requires hands-on experience in client account management, HR operations, and proficiency with Saudi government platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client accounts and oversee all HR-related requirements.
Supervise daily HR operations to ensure efficient execution.
Manage and monitor Saudi government platforms, including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor compliance indicators such as the Wage Protection System (WPS), Saudization, and Nitaqat classifications.
Follow up on work permits, Iqama renewals, employment contract documentation, and other government-related procedures.
Coordinate regularly with clients to resolve operational issues and challenges.
Prepare periodic reports and performance indicators (KPIs) for management and clients.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources, specifically in HR operations and Saudi government platforms.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
High sense of responsibility, commitment, and professionalism.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
