About the Role

Colliers is seeking an HR Business Partner (Saudi National) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a candidate with 0-1 years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with onboarding new employees, assisting current staff, and collaborating with management to enhance employee engagement and provide training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the designated HRBP and Business Unit line managers to identify recruitment needs, providing guidance on requirements such as Job Descriptions, vacancy budgets, and recruitment justifications for management approval.
  • Conduct interviews alongside line managers to assess candidate qualifications and select suitable candidates.
  • Act as an HR consultant for employees within the assigned business unit, focusing on delivering effective HR solutions that support business needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all relevant data associated with changes to existing employees or new joiners.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new joiners, including conducting HR Induction and background checks.
  • Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Handle medical insurance coordination with the Compensation & Benefits team, including enrollment, additions, and deletions for employees and dependents.
  • Respond to staff insurance inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Create and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP for the Human Capital department, ensuring adherence to budget and avoiding duplication.
  • Prepare and direct the processing of payroll deductions and additions.
  • Prepare Action Confirmations for internal transfers, promotions, and salary adjustments.
  • Maintain physical and digital files for employees, including documents, benefits, and attendance records.
  • Perform routine tasks for administering and executing HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance management, and training.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, reviewing policies and practices to ensure adherence.
  • Stay informed on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.

Experience and Skills

  • 0-1 years of experience in human resources.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, co-workers, and others while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in managing employee data and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
