HR Operations Manager

About the Role

Alashoury industry is seeking an HR Operations Manager to join their team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring policy and procedure implementation aligns with strategic goals and fosters a productive work environment.
• Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback mechanisms, to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Lead the recruitment process by collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and conduct interviews.
• Implement training and development programs aligned with employee career goals and organizational objectives, assessing training effectiveness using various tools.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by regularly reviewing HR policies and practices and making necessary adjustments.
• Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance and support, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a harmonious workplace.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make informed decisions that drive HR strategy and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
• Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring all HR initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with financial objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations.
