About the HR Operations Role

TAWANTECH is seeking a Saudi national to join our team in Riyadh as an HR Operations professional. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 year of experience looking to contribute to the day-to-day HR functions within the real estate sector. The role focuses on ensuring efficient HR operations and adherence to all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the complete employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Handling contributions to GOSI, managing employee contracts, and ensuring all documentation is in order.
  • Supporting payroll coordination and diligently tracking employee attendance.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
  • Addressing employee requests concerning leaves, official letters, and benefits.
  • Coordinating with and managing submissions to government platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and GOSI.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be a Saudi national.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Operations.
  • Prior experience within the real estate sector is mandatory.
  • Possess a solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and general HR procedures.
  • Familiarity with various HR systems and government-related platforms.
