NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project, "Egypt Downtown Facility." The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence, and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt. This is achieved by providing rapid, flexible, and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This initiative aims to strengthen policy dialogue, improve program implementation, and reinforce the institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

The Role of Senior Non-Key Expert – Human Development

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – Human Development to contribute to technical assistance assignments within the framework of the "Egypt Downtown Facility" project. This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires an individual with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Areas of Support

The expert will provide support across various critical areas related to human capital and socio-economic development. This involves contributing to initiatives designed to strengthen human development outcomes in Egypt.

Responsibilities

• Support technical assistance assignments focused on human capital development.
• Contribute to projects related to education and skills enhancement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employment and labor-market policies.
• Provide expertise in social policy initiatives.
• Support efforts in institutional strengthening for Egyptian partner entities.
• Contribute to broader socio-economic development programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in human development or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in areas such as human capital development, education, skills, employment, labor-market policies, social policy, institutional strengthening, and socio-economic development.
• Experience with EU-funded projects or similar international development initiatives is an advantage.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves contributing to a significant international cooperation project aimed at strengthening the partnership between the EU and Egypt.
