About SAMI Land

SAMI Land, a specialized subsidiary of Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) and wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), is dedicated to localizing and advancing Saudi Arabia's land defense capabilities. Operating from the MENA region's largest integrated defense facility—an 82,000 m2 Industry complex located in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia—the company specializes in the design, localized manufacturing, integration, and maintenance (MRO) of military land platforms, including armored vehicles, tactical trucks, artillery systems, and remote weapon stations, to support the Saudi Armed Forces.

The Human Resources COOP Program

This Human Resources COOP position offers an opportunity to support the HR team in day-to-day operations. Participants will gain practical exposure to key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative processes within a professional business environment. This internship is designed for students seeking to apply their academic knowledge in a dynamic industry setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer documents.
• Support employee records management and updates within the HR database.
• Help coordinate training and development activities for employees.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and internal correspondence.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team.

Qualifications and Program Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a cooperative education program at a university.
• Possession of an official co-op letter from the university.
• A minimum GPA of * out of * or * out of **
• Ability to meet all university and program acceptance requirements for co-op placement.
