About the Role

Smart Code is seeking a full-time HR Operations Specialist in Riyadh. This role focuses on executing daily HR operations accurately and promptly, ensuring employee data is up-to-date and procedures are sound, from hiring through to the end of the employment relationship.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, document, and monitor the renewal of employment contracts.
Manage employee files, update data, and maintain document confidentiality.
Track attendance, departures, leaves, and commencements through the HR system.
Prepare payroll variables such as absences, overtime, allowances, and approved deductions, in coordination with the finance department.
Implement and follow up on procedures on relevant government platforms, including Qouwa, Social Insurance, Muqeem, and Mudad.
Monitor medical insurance, including adding and removing employees and their family members as per eligibility.
Coordinate the onboarding of new employees and complete their commencement requirements and pledges.
Execute resignation and termination procedures, including clearance, and coordinate the preparation of final entitlements.
Receive employee requests, issue letters and certifications, and follow up on their completion.
Apply internal policies and document approved administrative procedures.
Prepare periodic reports on employee numbers, attendance, leaves, contracts, and pending requests.
