The Role of HR Intern

MoneyDo is seeking an HR Intern to join its Human Resources team in Riyadh. This internship offers practical experience across various HR functions within a fintech environment. The HR Intern will support daily HR activities, employee administration, recruitment, and compliance, gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with posting job vacancies and supporting candidate sourcing and screening.
Review CVs, maintain candidate records, and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR letters, forms, and employee documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper organization of employee files.
Monitor and record employee attendance and leave, following up on missing records.
Assist in preparing attendance, leave, and other HR reports.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
Assist with HR audits, administrative requirements, and employee inquiries.
Coordinate with employees regarding required HR documents and information.
Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Assist with data entry, analysis, and HR projects as assigned.

0-1 years of experience.
Motivated and detail-oriented individual.

Work Environment and Type

This is an internship position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a fast-paced fintech environment, supporting the Human Resources team.
